The advantages of “On-site Learning” are obvious and familiar. Company personnel need only invest a few hours away from their work without wasting the time required to go off site. What is accomplished in a few hours takes several days at our facility or remote location.

Note: Company savings in transportation, accommodations, meals and entertainment can be significant. Moreover, there is no downtime.

There are two options for “On-Site Learning.” They are “Executive Team Learning” and “Staff Learning”

Executive Team Learning

Three features distinguish “Executive Team Learning.”

  1. Privacy – To the extent desired by the Executive Team.

  2. Intensity – Much like preparing for an LSAT or GMAT exam.

  3. Relevancy – Actual work-related projects and problems are addressed and resolved as practice in applying the knowledge of Humanology®.

Staff Learning

Three features distinguish “Staff Learning.”

  1. Seminar Format – An audio/visual presentation in a group setting.

  2. Preset Time – Although there is ample time for questions, the time allotted is not open-ended.

  3. Concept Based – Attendees learn the nuts and bolts of Humanology®. However, it is up to the attendees to apply what they have learned.
